Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Double A Roadside Assistance (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Warranty Disclaimer. Double A Roadside Assistance makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Double A Roadside Assistance's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Double A Roadside Assistance in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Double A Roadside Assistance from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of OH, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in OH.
